How much does website support and maintenance cost?
Website maintenance is a monthly plan, priced by the size of the site and how much support you need, from basic updates and backups to ongoing content changes and improvements. After a free health check we give you a fixed monthly price, so you know the cost before you commit.
Do you provide website maintenance services outside Belfast?
Yes. We maintain and support websites for businesses across Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland. Support is remote by default and in person when you want it, from the Yellowcom offices in Belfast, Glasgow and Dublin.
My website was built by someone else, can you still maintain it?
Yes, in almost all cases. We start with a free health check to assess how the site is built and what state it’s in, then recommend the right plan. If we find serious problems, we’ll tell you honestly and explain your options.
What happens if my website goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us, usually within minutes, and we start work on getting you back online straight away. With daily backups in place, even a worst-case failure can be restored quickly.
How quickly do you make content changes?
Routine changes are usually completed within one to two working days, often faster. Urgent fixes are prioritised, and you can actually phone us, which makes a difference.
