MSM Contracts: The Work, On Show
A project library, sector pages and a straight enquiry path for a Northern Ireland contractor building since 1985.
The Opportunity
MSM Contracts has been building in Northern Ireland since 1985, from a head office in Portadown and a contracts office in Belfast. Fit-out, refurbishment and new build, across public and private clients. The portfolio was the proof. It needed to be browsable: a project a client can open, a sector they recognise, and a route to talk about the next one.
What We Built
- A company site that leads with the work, not a stock photograph and a paragraph
- A project library covering live and completed jobs, from the Volkswagen and Škoda showroom on Boucher Road to warehouse work at Old Bushmills and schemes in education, churches and hospitality
- Sector pages for commercial, residential, retail, industrial, healthcare and education, community and leisure, and hospitality
- About, safety, careers and news, including site visits and handover stories
- A contact path for clients who already know the standard they want
The Results
- A prospect can look at finished buildings before they ask for a conversation
- Sectors make a large contractor legible: a school, a hotel, a church extension, a warehouse
- News keeps the site current between projects
- The enquiry sits next to the work, which is the only credential that matters in this trade
The Result
Completed work organised by project and sector, with a clear way to start a conversation
